Take a break.

All those rush and hustle can totally drain you, make you feel exhausted, you will become totally empty.

Its okay to spend your weekend to replenish yourself. 

Do some workouts, after all health is wealth. Take a bath, stay clean. Eat proper food and hangout with your friends to get all those worries out of your head.

All these will help you to refuel yourself and start the next day with a fresh mind and will always keep you positive.
